A little review
With the first ascent of "Madame Ching, ~ 9b" I realized a new difficult project. The physical effort has left its mark: After having persistent severe pain in my right thigh, posed according to the doctor clarification: a hamstring was torn!
Therapies and adequate training followed. Thereby, I consistently worked my way up gradually from lower to a higher intensity in training. Exercises for strengthening, mobilization and ski tours accompanied me during the winter months. Showing patience and discipline paid off: I have been virtually symptom-free since mid-March and can tackle climbing again. Just right when the climbing season starts!
